Business Info
Business Info
The facts every other tool builds from, in twelve sections. Change a fact here and it changes everywhere.
Business Info is the source of truth for your business. The website renders it, the ads quote it, the Content agent writes from it, and the Conversations agent reads it before answering a lead. Keep it true and everything downstream stays true.

Switch between them with the last crumb in the breadcrumb.
How the sections fit together
Services, Service Items, and Packages are three levels of one idea:
- A Service is a category the website gives a page to: "Botox & Wrinkle Relaxer Treatments".
- A Service Item is a thing you can price: "Botox (Per Unit)".
- A Package bundles items with an offer: "Juvederm 1mL Syringes Package (3 Syringes)".
Items can carry offers too (the 1 offer chip). The website's pricing and the agents' answers about price come from items and packages, never from free text.
Editing
Every section lists its records with an Edit button at the right and a drag handle (⋮⋮) at the left to reorder. Reordering changes the order on your website. Add … at the top right creates a record.
Edits save immediately and are written to Change History. The website redeploys with the new facts; see Website history for the resulting commit.
