Getting set up
What your website includes
The technical foundation every Keystone website ships with, and why the first version focuses on it.
The first version of your site concentrates on the back end: making it fast, search-optimized, accessible, and easy to keep editing for years. The design starts from what you already have online and in your brand assets, and changes at any time afterwards.
Built in from day one
- A configurable design system that applies your brand and art direction consistently across every page. You can see it at
/styles/on your site. - Modern web architecture, server-side rendered on Next.js, with caching, security, and a global content-delivery network for fast loading everywhere.
- Responsive design for phones, tablets, and desktops.
- An integrated chat agent (optional) using current AI models, trained on your business data. See Conversations.
- A blog system with posts researched and drafted by AI, optimized against ongoing SEO analysis. See Content.
- A complete data store behind the site: business information, services, packages, team, blog posts, and everything else in Business Info.
- Technical SEO throughout: structured data, metadata, image tagging, crawl optimization, automatic Google Search Console integration, PageSpeed performance testing, content and keyword analysis, and the files AI and search crawlers read (sitemap, robots, llms).
- WCAG accessibility compliance, for visitors with visual or other impairments and for search and answer-engine ranking.
- Lead capture through forms and chat, flowing into Contacts with the AI agent following up.
What this means for changes
Because the content lives in a structured store and the design in a system, almost any change is quick: a new service, a price update, a team member, a new page. Ask your Growth Partner, or edit directly in the console. The Website guides cover the editor, status, assets, forms, domain, and history.
