Getting set up

Your first weeks

The timeline from kickoff to launch: previews, feedback rounds, going live, and the cadence afterwards.

Most businesses launch within two to three weeks of sharing their data pack. The timeline below is typical; your Growth Partner confirms dates for your business.

Week one: kickoff and the first preview

Your Growth Partner reviews your existing website, Google Business Profile, directory listings, social profiles, any ads you are running, and competitors in your area, then meets you to walk through what they found and what they plan to build. Within about a week you receive a preview link showing the home page. You can view it any time and leave feedback.

Week two: the full draft

A draft of the entire website follows on the same preview link. Your Growth Partner sends it at least 24 hours before a review call so you can look on your own first. On the call you go through it together: home, service pages, about, contact, and the mobile view. Feedback is captured as content changes, design adjustments, or sections to add or remove, with a 48-hour turnaround on revisions.

Going live

Once the draft is approved, the site moves to your domain. If you have granted domain access, we make the DNS change for you; otherwise we send a short link that walks you through it. HTTPS, analytics, Search Console, and the sitemap are configured as part of the launch. Your old site stays up until the switch, and we recommend letting the new site run for about a week before any final tweaks.

After launch

The website is the foundation everything else runs through. Once it is live, your Growth Partner turns to the rest of your plan: social posting, blog content, ads, reviews, and the AI agents that answer leads. You agree a cadence for updates, with a performance check-in around the 30-day mark, and the console shows progress continuously in Workstream and Analytics.
