Getting started

Welcome to Keystone

What the platform does for your business, and the five minutes that make the rest of these guides make sense.

Keystone runs the marketing for a local business: your website, your Google listing, your ads, your social posts, your blog, and the conversations with every person who reaches out. Most of that work is done by AI agents that act for you around the clock. The console at go.keystone.app is where you see what they did, approve what needs you, and change the facts they work from.

What you will find in the console

Every page in the console belongs to one of eleven areas, listed down the left rail in this order:

AreaWhat it is for
WorkstreamOne feed of everything the platform did and everything waiting on you. Start here each day.
AnalyticsHow your website, Google listing, ads, and blog are performing, with scores and open actions.
Business InfoThe facts about your business every other tool builds from: details, services, prices, locations, team, FAQ, jobs, photos, legal pages.
WebsiteYour live site, the editor that changes it, and its domain, forms, assets, history, and developer access.
ContactsEvery lead and customer, on a pipeline, with the AI agent following up.
ConversationsEvery text, iMessage, web chat, and email thread in one inbox.
AdsMeta and Google campaigns the platform drafts and runs.
SocialPosts written and scheduled for your connected profiles.
ListingsYour Google Business Profile and how customers interact with it.
ContentBlog posts researched, written, and published to your site.
SettingsUsers, AI agent instructions, integrations, data imports, and billing.

Each area has its own group of guides in the index on the left. The Navigating the console guide explains the rail, the breadcrumb, and how to move between businesses.

Where to start

  1. Read your Workstream. It is the first page after sign-in and the one to check daily. See Workstream.
  2. Check Business Info. The agents write your website copy, your ads, and your replies from these facts. If a price or an address is wrong here, it is wrong everywhere. See Business Info.
  3. Set your agents' instructions. One paragraph of tone and ground rules shapes every post, page, and reply. See Agents.
  4. Connect your channels. Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads, and Google Business Profile connect under Settings → Integrations. See Integrations.
