Overview
| Field | Used for |
|---|---|
| Name | Everywhere: the site title, the breadcrumb, the sender name in messages, the Google listing. |
| Founded | The About section and "since" lines on the site. |
| Website | Your live domain. Set by the platform when you connect a domain; see Domain. |
| Tagline | The one-line promise under your name on the homepage and in social bios. |
| Scheduling Timezone | Hours, post schedules, and "today" in the Workstream are all computed in this zone. |
Primary Address
The address shown in the footer, on the contact page, and in structured data for search. Each Location has its own address too; this one is the business's headline address. See Locations.
Description and About
Description is one paragraph: what you do, for whom, where. It seeds the homepage introduction and the meta description.
About is longer: your story, approach, and credentials. It becomes the About page and is quoted by the Content and Conversations agents when they need your voice.
