Billing
Your plan, its renewal date, and credits.
Plan
The Billing section shows three lines:
- Plan: the name of your plan and whether it is Active.
- Renewal: the date the plan renews.
- Credits: credits for agent work beyond what the plan includes, or "Included with your plan".
Changing the plan or payment method
Only a Business Admin who is a member of the business can change its plan, buy credits, or update payment settings. Use the buttons on the Billing page, or email support for anything the page does not offer.
Credits
Some plans meter heavy agent work (large site rebuilds, bulk content) in credits. The balance and recent usage appear here when your plan uses them.
