Getting set up
What happens between signing up and your website going live, and the few things we need from you.
Onboarding is designed so the work sits with us. You answer a short set of questions, share what you already have, and grant a few permissions; your Growth Partner builds everything else and reviews it with you.
The sequence
- You accept your invitation to the Keystone console and create your account. Accepting your invitation
- A dedicated Growth Partner is assigned within 24 hours and introduces themselves on the channel you prefer (email or text).
- You share what we need: the basics about your business, your services, photos, and links. What we need from you
- We connect your accounts. For social posting and ads, that means Meta; for your domain, that means your registrar. Connecting Meta · Domain access
- You review the website on a preview link, first the home page and then the full draft, and tell us what to change.
- We go live on your domain, and set a cadence for updates and performance check-ins. Your first weeks
Where things live afterwards
Everything we build is visible in the console. Business Info holds the facts about your business, Website your site and its domain, Settings → Integrations the accounts you connected, and Workstream a running record of what the platform did and what needs you.
